Administrative Assistant

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing phone calls and emails
  • Scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings
  • Creating and editing documents, reports, and presentations
  • Managing and maintaining files and records
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies
  • Assisting with travel arrangements
  • Providing general administrative support to the team or department
  • Handling basic accounting tasks such as processing invoices and expense reports

  • Receiving and unloading materials from trucks
  • Verifying the contents of incoming shipments against purchase orders
  • Picking and packing orders using handheld scanners or other tools
  • Loading and unloading trucks using forklifts or other equipment
  • Keeping track of inventory levels and reporting any discrepancies
  • Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment

  • Verifying the contents of incoming shipments against purchase orders
  • Labeling and packaging outgoing shipments
  • Tracking the status of shipments and updating inventory records
  • Communicating with carriers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of shipments
  • Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment
